I first met with Cristin at Sole Swim Solutions for a run gait analysis to see if we could figure out the cause of my 'IT band' and knee pain. After doing some brief drills, running a short distance she noticed one, possibly the major cause of my IT band pain and tightness. I'm sure my pain is the combination of weak muscles and form. She gave me arm and upper body positioning techniques to do on my next run. Couple of days later I texted her as if she had just saved my life. I had passed the 2 mile mark; where the pain usually starts, and was able to run 4.5 miles WITHOUT ANY PAIN!
